Refund policy
At Bayyar Bani, we carefully inspect our products before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. This policy applies to our clothing, accessories, bags, home décor, gifting items, and other lifestyle products purchased through our website.
1. Return Policy
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be unwashed and unaltered
- Be undamaged and in its original condition
- Have all original tags and labels attached
- Include the original packaging and accessories, wherever applicable
Return Shipping
Bayyar Bani does not provide reverse pickup for returns.
Once your return request is approved, you will need to courier the product to the return address provided by Bayyar Bani. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Please do not send any product back without receiving return approval from us.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only to approved and eligible returns.
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to verify that it meets the return conditions mentioned above.
After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours and processed to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the respective payment provider or bank.
If a returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
For an approved exchange, Bayyar Bani may arrange a reverse pickup, where available. The exchange will be processed after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.
Please note:
- Only one exchange is permitted per product/order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, Bayyar Bani may offer an alternative product or store credit, as applicable.
- Products must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
To request cancellation, please email us at support@bayyarbani.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Cancellation requests received after 12 hours may not be accepted, particularly if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled through our cancellation process.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sales, special promotions, or discounted events
- Products purchased at exhibitions, pop-ups, or physical events
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Products without their original tags, labels, or packaging
- Products returned without prior approval from Bayyar Bani
- Products for which the return or exchange request is raised after the applicable timeframe
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page
This exclusion is subject to any rights available to customers under applicable law.
6. International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
Customers placing international orders are responsible for reviewing the product details and applicable terms before completing their purchase.
7. Product Variations
For certain products, particularly handcrafted, woven, printed, embroidered, or artisanal products, minor variations in colour, texture, weave, print, embroidery, pattern, or finish may occur.
Differences caused by lighting, photography, or individual screen/device settings may also result in slight colour variations.
Such minor variations, where consistent with the nature of the product, will not ordinarily be considered manufacturing defects.
8. Return & Exchange Approval
All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and quality inspection by Bayyar Bani.
Please contact us before sending any product back. Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Bayyar Bani reserves the right to determine whether a product meets the applicable return or exchange conditions, subject to applicable law.
